Terms of Service

These terms govern the auto concierge services of quinvelis.com and form a public offer for electronic contracting.

1. Service provider

quinvelis.com, sole proprietor (PE), Office 304, Business Center Senator, 32 Knyazhyi Zaton Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. EDRPOU 29001351. Email contact@quinvelis.com; phone +380 673 718 4285. Managing Director: Alex Hansen. Single tax payer; VAT optional.

2. Scope and independence

We provide concierge support: sourcing requests, communication with dealers and importers, inspection coordination, document guidance and delivery advice. We are not a dealer, importer, seller, manufacturer or carrier and do not sell vehicles. Dealers, importers, sellers, manufacturers and inspection partners are independent third parties; we act as no one's agent and give no warranty on their behalf. Price, specification, history and availability are confirmed in writing before any paid order.

3. Fees, orders, cancellation

Fees, currency, payment method, performance terms and known risks are stated in the order confirmation before you contract. An electronic contract is concluded when we confirm your order in writing; it is not concluded by the form submission alone. You may cancel before we commit to a supplier, and we refund within 14 days, except for third-party costs already disclosed as non-refundable.

4. Your obligations and coverage

Provide accurate details, use the service lawfully, do not resell access, and verify all documents before signing agreements with third parties. Services are available in Ukraine and, on request, for cross-border sourcing; local registration, homologation and tax rules of the destination country remain your responsibility.

5. Liability and personal data

We perform the concierge service with due care and are not liable for third-party conduct, delivery delays or market changes, except where the law provides otherwise. We process personal data and use non-essential cookies only with your informed consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@quinvelis.com or +380 673 718 4285; we reply within 30 days. Unresolved disputes are heard by the courts of Ukraine.
