What the engagement covers, and what it does not

Bureau Select is an independent auto concierge. We are not a dealer, manufacturer representative, or authorized agent, and we do not hold vehicle stock. Our work is the selection brief, the market scan, and the verification behind each shortlisted car.

Concierge fee: Fixed, disclosed in writing before work begins
Selection brief: Performance, equipment package, ownership history, local availability
Verification: Equipment and history checks, documented per candidate
Vehicle purchase: Paid directly to the seller, outside our fee

Vehicle costs sit outside our fee

Purchase price, taxes, registration, import duties, delivery, and third-party inspection or transport charges are paid separately to the relevant seller or authority. We quote them as estimates only, subject to confirmation at the time of purchase. Our equipment and history checks explain how those figures are assembled.

How we use your brief

The performance preferences, equipment-package requirements, and ownership-history notes you submit are used to build the criteria for your search. We share them with a seller only after you ask us to approach a specific vehicle. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Local inventory

Shortlists describe verified local options drawn from available listings and dealer contacts. Availability is subject to confirmation and can change between the brief and the approach.
